High Oaks

The design exemplified a modern aesthetic inspired by ‘Bauhaus’ principles of functional shapes, abstract forms, asymmetry and a simplified palette of materials. The resulting design is a split level, flat roof concept, with an abundance of glass to capitalise of light, south facing balconies, which also serve as shading to ground floor windows and help to aminate the elevations.

The ground floor plan layout is a simple open plan concept, focussed on functionality and modern family living in mind, with the upper floor containing all the accommodation.
