The Concept Park buildings comprise principally of traditionally built former agricultural structures set out in a series of barns of traditional construction using local stonework surmounted with plain clay tiled roofs.
Brick detailing is used to form archways, and windows together with quoins and gable corbelling. The scale and proportion of the buildings reflect their original use and underline why they became redundant for agricultural use and consequent change to the current commercial usage.
FJ Morris have converted areas of the buildings for office use with the remainder as storage and vehicle servicing. It is the latter usage which is at variance with the domestic scale of the traditional buildings which do not readily lend themselves to the accommodation of large plant vehicles and the attendant facilities and equipment they require.
