Master Planning
H-C have been invited over a number of years to provide master plan strategies from agencies such as The Commission for the New Towns with specific viability studies of a number of city centre sites to the urban regeneration of town centre sites. A study of the conversion of ageing public house sites within local centres of Milton Keynes was commissioned by The Parks Trust. More recently a commission for an urban regeneration housing leisure and recreation scheme for Rushden Town council.
