Designed using the principles of a grid system, the entire property has been designed in a calculated formate, to allow maximum space across the multiple split levels and floor changes.

The use of fins and louvres provided shading devices to the property as well as extending the interesting horizontal and vertical lines created from the grid. Balconies were also incorporated on each floor level creating another dimension to the development. The landscaping was also stepped to take full advantage of the sloping site revealing a large swimming pool at the base of the boundary.

At the front of the property a large glass stairwell was designed to create a focal point of the floor levels, as well as maximising floorspace usage with access onto the roof to take advantage of the beautiful 360 degree views of the countryside.

Internal rooms included a large family drawing room, salon room and studio space as well as a large kitchen breakfast area linking to the terrace outdoors.
