The site is the former White Lion football club, which has been cleared and vacant many years ago leaving it in run-down condition. This proposal not only regenerated this site by delivering high quality residential developments but it also delivered numerous benefits for the local community.
This scheme comprises of six blocks of one, two and three bedroom apartments and three blocks of three to five bedroom town-houses. The position and height of each building is prescribed by the outline permission, and was carefully chosen to ensure there would be no over-looking from or onto adjacent properties.
