Spring Grove Farm
The project is for the existing ‘granary’ barn to be converted into a three-bedroom dwelling, whilst also integrating with the stables. All the original external structure will be retained whilst the existing internal layout is adapted to provide contemporary living spaces. Along with the main accommodation two work spaces will be provided on site to allow for a live/work approach to be taken by the residents.
All existing external walls will be retained, repaired and re-pointed whilst existing opening will be filled in by structural glass interventions. Internally all original oak posts and beams will be retained.
