Aston Hill – An Invitation only Architectural Competition for the design of a photography studio, a house and guest accommodation, for a hill side site in Buckinghamshire. Hinton Cook Architects won first prize.


St Margaret’s Loop – The Loop was a competition set up by Sustrans, East Grinstead Council and the Architect’s Journal, to regenerate a disused railway cutting, into a new cycleway. The houses were designed to minimise the impact on site, by burying them into the bank of the cutting, and then planting on top of the dwellings. The scheme was “Highly Commended”.

Walnut Tree Housing – A competition setup by English Partnership for a new housing development.
